With the extremely competitive North Texas real-estate market, coupled with my conscientious nature, it took over a year to purchase my home. "I had the difficult task of being the executor of my mom’s estate. I needed to sell her Willow Bend home, but l live 6 hours away. Deann made phone calls that afternoon to find a reputable estate sale company for me to use. She scheduled and met multiple contractors at the house, arranged for staging of modern furniture after the estate sale, and even personally vacuumed up bugs before a showing! You will not find any one else that will go that extra mile. Her marketing of the property was unbelievable - online, print, open house, word of mouth exposure. Deann is incredibly knowledgeable of the entire process, but still confers with her real estate mentor to deliver you the best service possible. "Deann goes the extra mile to help sell your property. She works hard to get the best price by continually checking comps and keeping an eye on other properties going up for sale in the same area. She pursues feedback from other agents selling in the area and from the prospective customers so that you are fully informed at all times about what is going on that impacts the sale of your property. She is able to stage areas of the home to give prospective buyers a reference to gauge the room size. With Deann, I didn't just gain and agent, I made a friend."
